Generally, a “Full Home Staging Campaign” is a servicerequested by an agent, vendor or investor when a property or apartment is completely vacant in preparation for a sale campaign on the real estate market. Opulence has an extensive 306sqm of curated inventory which is constructed for each staging campaign

Partial Home Staging

There are two types of a Partial Staging that we can illustrate firstly, when individuals or families are still residing in the property and secondly, there are furniture for example beds and couches left in the vacant property that we can utilise as part of the Partial Staging agreement.
